We develop fully-functioning systems rapidly. We deliver versions at least weekly starting within two weeks from our first meeting.

We provide you total control of the requirements and ensure we're on the right track by letting you work with these cyclical versions. You can change requirements at any time and watch how those changes cycle into the next version. We can't go off track or build the wrong system.

We build functional systems, not prototypes to later be used as requirements. Since deployment happens when you consider the version sufficiently feature-rich (and approved by your QA) even the earliest versions have everything necessary for production deployment. Rapid construction does lead to rapid deployment!

We help when your internal development group is overwhelmed. We build the supporting systems freeing your people to focus on building your essential core systems. This keeps your people at the heart of your competitive systems where their understanding of your business and customer is critical.

Working with us is easy

We build software. We are not a contracting company that provides software developers. Our teams work with our licenses, on our equipment, using our facilities. We go on site when there's a need to meet with you and your users but not for development.

Since we don't work at your offices there's no hidden expenses or liabilities. Management of our people and our resources is our responsibility. You needn't provide any machines, office space, or software for our use.

We offer very simple contract terms. We build versions at a specified weekly rate and we are done when you say so. There's no detailed descriptions of work or completion terms. You have the freedom to change requirements at any time with no change-fees and no concern that early mistakes will be locked into the contract.

We invoice a fixed weekly rate and don't charge for expenses or for time and manpower. Our invoices are always calculated by "number of weeks times weekly rate." There are no other charges.

At the start of the project, we bill a one-time non-refundable reality fee in the amount of the agreed upon weekly rate. This establishes the project contract and is applied as a credit to the first invoice.

You declare when the project is complete and we'll generate our final invoice at the end of that week and deliver the last version.

We believe that that the risks of software development are best met by professional software developers. We accept those risks and give our clients the opportunity to see our results before investing significant resources.

If you aren't delighted at the end of the first four weeks... we'll void the first invoice and abort the project.

We'll meet with you in person and we will listen as you tell us what you need built. We will be ready to negotiate the rate and print the contract immediately. We'll start work when the contract is signed and returned with the reality fee. We can accept the reality fee and begin working with your users immediately following our first meeting.
